Stephen is a Group Creative Director at Droga5 Dublin. With 21+ years experience creating campaigns for global brands like LEGO, The Times, The Samaritans, McDonalds, Jameson and Heineken, he prides himself on his ability to create campaigns that cut through and have a real and lasting impact. Stephen’s work has been internationally recognised by all the greats… Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clios, LIAs and Eurobest. His proudest moments to date has been his Cannes Lion Data Grand Prix for JFK Unsilenced with The Times and his D&AD yellow pencil for his Sleeping Flags campaign with homeless veterans in Ireland. 

In 2025, Stephen proudly spoke at the Cannes Lion Academy and joined the board of iapi (Ireland’s marketing representative body) and in 2026 was invited to judge at Eurobest, Effies Europe, LIA’s and Hong Kong’s HK4A’s awards.
