Stephen is Group Creative Director at Droga5 Dublin, with over 21 years’ experience creating standout campaigns for global brands including LEGO, The Times, Samaritans, McDonald’s, Jameson and Heineken. He is driven by a belief in work that cuts through and leaves a lasting impact.

His work has been recognised at the industry’s most prestigious awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clios, LIAs and Eurobest. Among his career highlights are a Cannes Lions Data Grand Prix for JFK Unsilenced with The Times, and a D&AD Yellow Pencil for Sleeping Flags, created in support of homeless veterans in Ireland.

In 2025, Stephen spoke at the Cannes Lions Academy and joined the board of IAPI, Ireland’s marketing representative body. In 2026, he was invited to judge at Eurobest, Effie Awards Europe, the LIAs and Hong Kong’s HK4A Awards.
